Beach Key Eligibility
To be eligible to purchase an easement key from CHA, you must own property or reside within the CHA geographic boundaries shown in the map below. All residents and property owners within the red lines are eligible to purchase an easement key from the Carmel Highlands Association. Please review the map below to determine eligibility.
